About us

We are a married couple, both retired Nurses, Trained and Registered in United Kingdom.

We have between us seventy years experience of nursing and caring for children in hospital, boarding school for special needs and fostering children within our own little family.

We are recently became  proper grandparents, though for a number of years we have held that title with honour for our friends children.

As nurses, we believe our role in caring for other peoples children, a great privilege. Most parents consider children are the most precious gift given to them, and our caring role is also a sharing one, which we delight in.

Our experience in this position has been one of deep heart break at one extreme and great joy and reward at the other but we know God has held each child in His arms in all circumstances

(1 Thessalonians 5:24 )  The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.

(Isa 40:11 )  He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.

We know God has gifted us in many areas and we believe that it was in preparation for this ministry on the internet and for reaching out to teach what God has revealed to us through His Word, and through other servants in the Healing Ministries.

We meet within a very lively evangelical fellowship, full of young families and young people but with a good number of middle aged and older brothers and sisters in the Lord. With such a mix of people  there are a wide variety of different needs to be met, and it is good to see the children and youth work expanding  into the community which we serve.

We hope you will feel our thankfulness for our own little family and for our larger family we meet with as we share these pages with you.

No family is without problems but it is only when we can share them with confidence and trust in others, that we find that with prayer and service God will work through them with us, in His own inexpressible Grace.
