MINISTRY TO THE UNBORN AND INNER CHILD

PREPARING FOR THE GIFT OF CHILDREN

THE GIFT OF CHILDREN

It is never too early into the marriage to prepare for having children, by setting your own lifestyle into one, which is conducive to receiving from the Lord, what He desires you to be like.

Do you have a personal quiet time with the Lord?

Do you have a joint time together with the Lord? How regularly?

Do you share a Prayer, Bible Study or just have a quiet time seeking His face together?

What about television viewing? Do you limit and filter what you allow to enter your home this way?

Do you keep good company?

How well do you communicate with each other?

Are you able to sense each other’s needs?

This is a very limited checklist but one that will help you re-evaluates your discipleship in your marriage as one before our Father God.

From this, stems the allowing of the Holy Spirit to work through you both as co-parent of your future children. This is a vital key in a vital place because it involves an atmosphere of acceptance for the baby, which we will deal with later.

If you are a single parent all this will apply to you in the same way, but just lay your life before the Lord and seek prayer support from somebody you can trust.

Rearing children, especially the inner child, is a joint role for both parents. Mother and father have a responsibility to provide a harmonious and loving environment, because your unborn child is aware and absorbing lots of stuff?

Of course this will apply to children of all ages too.
