(Psalm 119:45 )
I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts.

(Psalm 119:46 )  I will speak of your statutes before kings and will not be put to shame,

(Psalm 119:47 )  for I delight in your commands because I love them.

(Psalm 119:48 )  I lift up my hands to your commands, which I love, and I meditate on your    decrees.

(Psalm 119:49 )  Remember your word to your servant, for you have given me hope.

It is from the very heart of God that it should our desire to companion ourselves with Him in the manner of this lovely scripture. God is the very essence of love, beyond our understanding, in depth, height, width, nor any other measure, will ever equate with its vastness. It is immeasurable in human terms and beyond our comprehension. GOD IS LOVE.

( 1 John 4:16 )  And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him.

(1 John 4:17 )  In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him.

(1 John 4:18 )  There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

(1 John 4:19 )  We love because he first loved us.

(1 John 4:20 )  If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.

(1 John 4:21 )  And he has given us this command: Whoever loves God must also love his brother.

(1 John 5:1 )  Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves the father loves his child as well.

(1 John 5:2 )  This is how we know that we love the children of God: by loving God and carrying out his commands.

(1 John 5:3 )  This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome,

(1 John 5:4 )  for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.

As human beings we strive to walk in all our frailty and often helplessness, as regards trying to achieve anything like we ought. Sometimes it is with our own wilful waywardness and other times by way of our omission. We fall frequently and our sorrow and remorse is targeted by the evil one, to make us guilty, resentful, and with a sense of futility. Why is this? What is wrong with my walk? The truth is our freedom is in Jesus our Lord Himself and it is Him that should be the focal point of our vision, not physically, but with our spiritual eyes. He has already gained the victory and with it the freedom from the power of sin in our lives.

There is no condemnation in God if we are in Christ Jesus, because Jesus has already paid the price of our redemption at Calvary. He is a loving Father God (abba = daddy) and we are the recipients of this love and forgiveness, if our hearts truly express our feelings to Him in confessing our sin, and accept what He has given us graciously with thankful hearts

(Colossians 3:15 )  Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.

(Colossians 3:16 )  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.

(Colossians 3:17 )  And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

We thank you for sharing our pages with us, and we pray that you will know and experience that peace only Jesus can give. We pray the blessing of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit on you this day and forevermore in Christ Jesus.
