Total Child Protection For Parents
In The Natural World (3/28)

( KEY 2 continued)

(Matthew  6:14 NIV)  For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

(Matthew  6:15 NIV)  But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

We need to search our hearts to comply with this essential tool of preparation, because by human nature we tend to harbour grudges and hurts that people inflict on us. Forgiveness does not come easily, especially where the hurt is deep in the emotions, as sometimes occurs in child abuse. The truth is that forgiveness on our part, allows God to move in His healing grace, and we need to lay our anger, resentment, pain and blame at the foot of the cross, in prayer and faith, so that the power to forgive will be granted by divine grace.
If you require further help please contact us or seek help through counselling and Prayer Ministry.

(Luke 23:33 NIV)  When they came to the place called the Skull, there they crucified him, along with the criminals--one on his right, the other on his left.

(Luke 23:34 NIV)  Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.

There is no doubt that we carry the consequences of past family sin in our generational line which may be present for four generations or even ten generations in case of occult or sexual sin. This is covered in our teaching on generational iniquity. You may be aware of problems that re-occur within your own family and could affect your own children. Read our teaching and again and contact us if you need help. We do have a check list if you would like one.

Another area that can produce spiritual problems is the one of body, soul and spirit ties, and we recommend you read this too, and seek God's wisdom on this teaching, but do not let it hold you back from praying for your children NOW.

(Isaiah 66:2 NIV)  Has not my hand made all these things, and so they came into being?" declares the LORD. "This is the one I esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, and trembles at my word.
(Isaiah 57:15 NIV)  For this is what the high and lofty One says-- he who lives forever, whose name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.

We serve a perfect, holy and a pure God and it is only in Jesus Christ, in whom we live spiritually, that we can have communion with Him.

In our own human nature we fall very short of God's standards but we need to strive to live pure and holy lives, as disciples of Jesus. When we falter or fall it is to Him we turn in helplessness, but also in faith, because he knows our weaknesses and understands us better than ourselves.

(2 Corinthians 12:9 NIV)  But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
(2 Corinthians 13:4 NIV)  For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness, yet he lives by God's power. Likewise, we are weak in him, yet by God's power we will live with him to serve you.

It is so easy to be filled with failure, guilt and remorse and it is on this that the enemy latches, to make us failures, in our minds. This is contrary to what God ordains and provides in Jesus Christ for those He would cherish, love and nurture. There is no failure in Jesus, just hope, love, security and protection from the evil one.

(1 Timothy 4:9 NIV)  This is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance

(1 Tim 4:10 NIV)  (and for this we labour and strive), that we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, and especially of those who believe.

Spiritual parenting requires us to be true disciples, readers and doers of God's Word, and a living example of living in God's love and truth.

This together, under the covenant of holy marriage, is the ideal base.
